About St. Nersess Online
St. Nersess Armenian Seminary has long dreamed of extending its reach beyond our campus. St. Nersess Online allows us to offer learning opportunities to a wider audience, on more topics and in more formats than the seminary can possibly create in person.
The St. Nersess Preaching Program is the initial offering of St. Nersess Online. It is a hybrid certification experience designed to develop into a fully online program by 2028. This program is intended to enrich and deepen our clergy’s experience of preaching preparation and delivery by providing them with traditional Armenian homiletical methods and examples in combination with modern preaching tools.

St. Nersess Armenian Seminary is the only Armenian seminary in the Western Hemisphere. It is our mission to empower the future of the Armenian Church in America by whatever means possible. We take our mission very seriously. Since 1961, St. Nersess Armenian Seminary has provided quality education and training for seminarians, clergy and the faithful community who make up the body of the Armenian Church.
With the advent of St. Nersess Online, St. Nersess Armenian Seminary’s educational mission will grow in new ways, as we continue to respond to the needs of the Armenian Church in North America and across the world.
